Services are provided without charge and without discrimination.
Everything is kept confidential.
Volunteers are available for friendly visits, help with insurance forms, caretaker relief,
phone reassurance, bereavement visits, shopping for groceries, transportation to medical appointments, home visits to evaluate needs, etc.
The parish nurses help individuals in the following ways:
Assess the home bound for community resource needs
Offer support programs for dealing with grief
Provide information on a health related problem
Offer health promotion programs
Are you concerned about someone who:
Lives alone
Appears unwell
Is frail
Is grieving
Has a serious illness
Wishes closer contact with the church
